Meet Our Founder
Linyanta “Lynn” Nwosu is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Attorney dedicated to healing, advocacy, and systemic change. Her work bridges the gap between mental health and the justice system, providing trauma-informed care rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and deep respect for every individual’s lived experience.
With extensive experience across jails, courts, schools, and community programs, Lynn has supported individuals facing some of life’s most complex challenges — from criminal defense and civil rights advocacy to trauma therapy for youth and adults. Her clinical approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), blending somatic and cognitive techniques to help clients reclaim their sense of power and wholeness.
Whether guiding a teen through grounding exercises, leading a grief session for a mother navigating loss, or producing clinical documentation that reflects the highest standards of integrity and care, Lynn approaches each interaction with compassion, clarity, and unwavering commitment.
At her core, Lynn believes in the inherent dignity of every person, the resilience of community, and the profound healing that comes from being seen and heard. These values guide every aspect of her practice and advocacy.
